"I worked for my old employer before JB Hunt was contracted to take over the account I was on. I had worked for my previous employer for around 4 years before JB came on board, when they came in they offered us great pay and good benefits, so I didn't lose anything. Now I have been with them for going on 6 years and it's by far the best company I've ever worked for in almost 30 years of driving. Great pay, good benefits, and most of all steady work all year long. If you show up for work and do your job like you are supposed to, you don't hear much out of the bossman and that's how it should be. Not sure what else I can say, I have a family to feed and they have freight to haul, so it's a win-win for both of us. Not to mention I love my schedule. I work a five-day week most weeks beginning on Sunday night and finishing up on Thursday night or early Friday morning. I'll sum this up by saying if a driver likes steady work, great pay, and dependable date equipment, then JB Hunt is a great place for a driver to be." - Steven B.
